Cancellation Policy

Customers are provided with a 6-hour window after order placement for cancellation. Please refer to the order confirmation email for more details. If you need to cancel the order beyond the 6-hour window, please reach out to us at hello@bowlfulfoods.com and we'll check if cancellation is still possible. Once we begin curating the meal kits for shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send a video and photo of the issue to hello@bowlfulfoods.com. Once we review the evidence, we will process a refund if appropriate. Refunds for credit card payments will be issued to the original credit card used at the time of purchase, and for payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same account. The refund process typically takes 7-10 working days after approval, though this timeline may vary depending on your bank.
