Our primary focus is on customer satisfaction. In the event that you are displeased with our products, we will review your feedback and refund the money where appropriate. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

Customers are provided with a 6-hour window after order placement for cancellation. Please refer to the order confirmation email for more details. If you need to cancel the order beyond the 6-hour window, please reach out to us at hello@bowlfulfoods.com and we'll check if cancellation is still possible. Once we begin curating the meal kits for shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.

 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to satisfy our customers. In case you are not satisfied with our products, please write to us at hello@bowlfulfoods.com with your feedback and concerns and we will process a refund where appropriate after review. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Once approved the refund will be processed in 7-10 working days. Please note this timeline may be different depending on the respective banks.
