Product Description: Gujarati Kadhi is a tangy and creamy yogurt-based curry from the Gujarati cuisine. It is made by whisking together yogurt and chickpea flour (besan) into a smooth consistency, then flavored with a tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and asafoetida.
